About CorsetPatternMaker

CorsetPatternMaker was founded by Zach Kessin in 2022. Zach is a software developer with more than 25 years in the field. He is also a long time sewist.

Zach first learned to sew on joining the SCA in university 30 years ago. A few years ago the idea for pattern magic happened due to having been reading a tailoring manual and a text on computer science in the same day.

After seeing many people complaining that commercial paper patterns never quite fit on reddit, Zach realized that a tool to create custom pattern drafts would in fact be very useful.

CorsetPatternMaker was born when several friends said that they would be very interested in using such a product.

Joining the team is Alexa, a local sewist, author etc.
